acceptable stay, but needs some improvements

the staff at reception stored our bags for us after check out.
The air conditioning unit was noisy. It prevented me from sleeping. pillow quality was also poor, and i wouldn't stay here again. i have had far better experiences in similar hotels for half the price.

The towels in the bathroom felt old and worn. I noticed the bed was harder than I prefer it lacked that comfortable feeling. Also the noise at night was disruptive it continued until late and started again early in the morning.

excellent location and breakfast
rooftop terraceturkish feel
the breakfast had a fantastic variety on the rooftop terrace. i especially enjoyed the beet and yogurt salad and the carrot, cabbage and dill salad. the rooms had a beautiful turkish feel and look.
the air conditioning unit was noisy, preventing me from sleeping. the room below the terrace suffers from noise from above. rooms are inaccurately described as with soundproofing. this is not true. pillow quality also poor.
